Five Principles for the Owners of THFC – Supporter Approval Ratings for January 2026
At THST, we believe that fans have the right to expect key principles from Spurs’ owners. To uphold these expectations, we have established principles against which all owners—current and future—should be held to account.
We will meet with THFC directors and share your verdict on how they are currently performing against each standard. The survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete, but will give us ammunition, updated regularly, to push for improvements from the current and future owners.

Attract & retain talent: Build a transfer policy and competitive wages to secure top players.

Future-proof success: Develop elite youth talent to strengthen the squad and sustain excellence.

Lead with integrity: Champion ethical standards, strong governance, and financial sustainability—reinvesting in the team while keeping tickets affordable.

Fans first: Engage, consult, and collaborate with supporters and their representatives to build loyalty, passion, and success on and off the pitch
We last surveyed supporters in June, and it’s now time for our next survey ahead of our AGM at the start of next month.
