AGM

We are required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) within six months of the end of our financial year. The AGM usually takes place in February, and always includes a report on Trust performance, a review of the examined accounts, and consideration of any member or Board-proposed resolutions. In advance of the meeting, full members are invited to nominate themselves for election to the THST Board.

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR SUPPORTERS’ TRUST – ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026 – COMPLETION NOTICE  

The THST AGM took place on Monday, 2 February at CMS, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF.  Thank you to those members who either joined the meeting or submitted proxy voting forms in advance of the meeting. All resolutions were passed on the night, as follows: 

  • Resolution 1: That the need for auditors be disapplied for accounts ending 31 August 2026
  • Resolution 2: That existing board member Michael Green be reappointed to the Board of THST
  • Resolution 3: That existing board member Jo Gibbons be reappointed to the Board of THST
  • Resolution 4: That the appointment of Mark Baulch to the Board of THST be approved
  • \Resolution 5: That the appointment of Neil Richardson to the Board of THST be approved 

Following the AGM, the THST Board now comprises Andy Bass, Mark Baulch, Roy Beck, Stephen Cavalier, Tristan Foot, James Glick, Jo Gibbons, Michael Green, and Neil Richardson.  Rachel Martin has been co-opted onto the Board for a period commensurate with her remaining term of office on the Fan Advisory Board. 

Board positions will be agreed at the first meeting of the new Board. On the AGM page of the THST website is the THST Annual Report 2025/26, which gives a detailed account of the work undertaken by the Trust over the past year. Please take the time to read this report. Also provided are the latest set of accounts for the period ending 31 August 2025.
